It sounds funny that sleeping can be one of the stars in the galaxy because it is not something only a few of us can accomplish. However the importance and luxury of a good sleep cycle is extremely underestimated.
The whole life is the repetitions of a twenty-four hour cycle. Sleeping takes about one third of the twenty four hours. It does not make sense that an activity takes one third of your life is not important. If going to the gym to workout for two hours a day, five days a week can ignite one star in your galaxy, what about a commitment you do for eight hours everyday?
The rational that sleep should be a super start is not only because sleep occupies a major part of each day, but also because sleep set up the foundation for all the other activities in each day. It is the frame where you can insert all the other activities you appreciate. Only with a stable and healthy sleeping cycle, can you place and repeat other meaningful things for a constant improvement for brighter stars.
