There are many uncertainties in life. Fortunately, the major path of life for most people when we look back are traceable and comprehensible. The main direction of life is mostly determined by your arrangements of the twenty-four hours.

You can simply draw a table to divide a day into 48 sections and try to build up habits so that you are doing exactly the same thing the same time in a controlled pattern if not everyday. In this way, you are programming your life.
This method is not easy to practice. Thus to begin with, you do not have to struggle to control every detail. Just start with one major activity, such as time to sleep, time to work, healthy meals, time to do exercise, family time. Design every activity with the concept of time in mind. Slowly, you are gaining more and more control of your life.
