When we realize the role of time in making values, we tend to have two reactions.
First, we start to try our best to devote our passion and heart blood into time to make values and to show our appreciation of life.
But at the same time, we also become sort of impatient to the repetitive work and effort day in and day out. We become desperate by the long, ‘boring’ and slow process of making our own values and we hope to find all possible shortcuts. We hope time will fly faster and the way to success becomes shorter. However, all shortcuts turned out to be failures, more struggle, unquiet mind and more importantly, they helped you nothing but postponed your original progress.
Intriguingly, it is the steady pace, the key characteristic of time, careless to anyone’s personal preference or sense, that grants time the function of carrying heart blood to make values. If the pace of time is different for different people, personal effort for becoming outstanding is pointless. Thus, here we know the repetitive effort along a steady pace of time is a must for the final difference we make and we should be grateful for the steady pace of time.
So take it easy and slow down.
