How to Evaluate Yourself

I have been looking for a set of guidelines to evaluate myself. Actually, one equivalent question is how to reach self-satisfaction. Another is am I now doing right and doing my best?

It is not quite difficult to reach a stage when you work for a certain period of time let’s say twenty hours per week to earn enough money to survive and live a decent life. Is that enough? A few questions come across my mind at this certain point, for which I don’t have ready answers yet:

How to utilize the rest of your week? It is a luxury to have spare time after work. So how to use it? Should I spend the rest of time to try other ways for more money? Or I should invest the spare time to learn something new for a better myself?

Is that twenty hours work for living expense the best way to use your time? It is quite normal that the minimum work for living expense is boring and not nutritious. And what we are looking for is the work that not only giving money to us but also making us grow.

I hope to keeping learning to the best of myself to grant three effects of my time: making a difference so that I enjoy, making money, making myself better.
