For new projects never touched before, especially large projects or the ones mentioned in lesson 1. No matter how easy or hard is it in your estimation, punch through this whole process first to secure a raw result. This will give you a first version of accomplishment and provide a more accurate estimation of the whole project, based on which you can then start to refine polish and modify. In this way you can have realistic handle over the progress and assign your time more wisely.
