A day is just 24 hours. There is no model to tell you how a day should be spent.
You may have several obligations to work on that fill up most of your time in a day. Maybe you are self-employed or on a vacation so you can freely decide your activities in a day.
24 hours fly by fast. A life flies by fast. You really need to think deep about what you want out of your 24 hours and further more what you want out of your life.

人的行为和思想表面看来是完全可以由本人自己做主的，其实不然。它们完全都是被业力牵引着，而并非由人做主。所谓业力，即是由其本人过去的身语意言行 等犹如种子一样而产生的一种生发力量，作为因导致后续的果出现，也就出现了身不由已言不由衷以及鬼使神差莫名其妙人愿人力所不能及的情境状况与后果。当下所生的生语意，即是过去因的果，同时也是未来果的因！知道过去现在未来因与果的关系，就能自觉主动地把握当下，正用当下，不怨悔过去，不贻误当下，不辜负未来，不急不缓稳稳把舵，自然能把人生走向圆满！
人生有时急着赶路，其实是在画圈，并没有前进！多走多少都是在原地！还有言，傻人有傻福！不急不燥，稳稳走正，每举一步都指向终极的人生，对未来可以无怨无悔无愧憾，那样尽管表面暂时看来，似乎慢拍了，但慢并不一定就意味着落后或失败，相对于选错方向的急行者来说，那也是一种明智和成功。
因此，明了过去、现在、未来三世间的因与果，深入思考，谨慎抉择，把握当下，明断取舍，即可以只管耕耘，不问收获了！因为当下现世的身语意因种子确定优良无劣，未来的果必是无欺地惊奇！
如何判断？如何取舍？只需问自心，竭尽所能，无私奉献，利益他人，利益社会，足矣！人生就是这样，助成他人的同时成就了自己！帮助他人的同时充实了自己！利益他人的同时快乐了自己！喜乐他人的同时幸福了自己！
