Courageous momentum

It is normal that we feel nervous for new things we don’t know or we never tried before, which is essential for us to biologically survive. However, in modern society, where survival is no longer the primary goal, such hesitant response to new things and new attempt is not beneficial but dragging us from becoming better and stronger.

It takes courage to step out of the comfort zone and try something new you feel uncertain about the outcome, good or bad. BUT, having the courage is not so big a deal. The sky won’t fall and all you need is to do it, do the things that you think are right in your mind.  That’s it. This self-blinded trial relieves you from many irrelevant nervousness and worries. When this work is done, you suddenly realize that “wow, I did it no matter what the result is, good or bad, I did it!” Indeed, the result of your courageous behavior is secondary. The courageous behavior itself change you and your life the most. Once the courageous behaviors have their momentum, this momentum drives you to a different path to become a better and stronger person.
