Compete hard work, then compete talent.

Of course, talent matters in one’s accomplishments, but in a minor role for most of us because talent only matters after one has reached the limit of the hard working.

So to compete with our peers or to become outstanding, we show the hard work first. The space for improving work ethic is so huge that we may not even reach the limit to compete talent.
