People get that high position, because they have built up the foundation layer by layer until the position. Each layer means they have overcome one of their weaknesses. Or we say they have broken walls or expanded their comfort zones. People get the high positions because they are ready.
When you are also ready, you won’t be worried about if you can get the high position because that position is already yours and yours only. If you are not ready or if you don’t have solid steps, getting such high position is only a nightmare for both you and others.
