Addiction is not only to drugs. Phones, media, social media ect. are also addictive.
My belief is that these addictive modern inventions are way more dangerous. They virtually seldom benefit you. On the contrary, they steal your time and brain space and mislead your mindset. It not wise to completely give them up, but please minimize your time with them.
