remind myself of not living in a bubble

I know international students tend to live or hangout with students from their own country, the so-called bubble. I can totally understand the rational behind it, but getting out of the bubble won’t hurt and is most likely beneficial to us with new knowledge, new perspective of the world and so on.

Good rhythm

The good rhythm can spare my energy to focus on something that truly requires intensive thinking. At the same time, with a good rhythm, I feel secure that I am on the right direction.

egoism

I encourage people to think deeply about themselves, their desire, feelings, ambitions, emotions and expectations. In this lonely world, it is ok to be egoism, but this egoism should have no others involved. Once you interact with another person, egoism becomes problematic.

Major Anchors

Three major anchors in my daily life:

  1. Good sleep cycle (7 hrs);
  2. Eight to ten hours work (10 hrs);
  3. Workout (2 hrs);

There are 5 hrs left to do some TBD things, stay with family or hang out with friends or learn something new such as Japanese and guitar. Never feel busy or bored.

talent

Everyone has the talent, although in different and very diverse directions. It is of great pleasure to think deep within oneself to dig the talent (s) out and further amplify them. Working with your talent is super efficiency and if you can apply your talents in your career, you will harvest endless pleasure and productivity.
