But since you know you have really invested your whole day as scheduled in it, you should give your self a thumb up for today’s effort. Without a good daily schedule, you may not have a straightforward understanding of how much you have worked for it in the day.

It is pretty save to assume that we are average people and not special at all. But everyone is average people and not special at all. This means if others can achieve something, we can. If others fail, we fail as well. Others mean not only other people in the current age, but also other people in the past and in the future.
