Almost all the roles are replaceable on earth. But the critical rules involved in wars are not. It is also these roles that earns money so easily.

Thus working in these roles should be ideal, efficient and shows the most impact.

Why in our current few decades we don’t see a lot of great masters appear any more?

There are definitely many reasons, among which, one factors would play a major role, peaceful world.

We are lucky that we a loving in peaceful world.

But without direct wars approaching, we lose the sense of how precious our lives are. Every single second, every single breath is is a luxury actually. It is the fact, but this fact is hard to get by imagination.

We need the sense of urgency, normally granted by wars, to drive us to work the best out of our every single cell to become exceptional masters. Don’t think we are not in war, we are.

There are many issues in life accumulated with time that need to be solved. However, making changes won’t take into effect immediately. But although the progress is slow, we still need to take these small steps before it is too late. We always carry it in Ming that changes are not easy.
