Practice to be like a worm to live a single thread.

Get rid of hesitation and procrastination since these won’t help at all. I would rather  perform as brave as a fool.

As an adult, we often feel lonely after work. We may not have enough time or opportunities to social. And something deep in our thoughts are really hard to communicate with others.

But lonely time is the real time that we can invest in ourselves to become a better man.

Lonely but not bored.

Bubble milk tea is tasty and makes me happy and relax. It is so attracting and does not cost a lot. So I tend to have one cup per day.

Now I don’t want to have that one cup per day not because of the cost of money and time, but because of the additional fat that comes with the drink and the additional effort I have to use to burn the fat.

When struggling in front of making a decision, just think about if it is making you lean or making you clumsy.

Revise paper in one day tomorrow.

For something that has to be done, do it in the shortest time with high intensity is the most efficient.
