I used to severely underestimate the importance of sleep in life and personal health. Good sleep secures a stable health base and good sleep secures high efficiency in daytime work. Bad sleep ruins both.

There is always noise around us that hides the real weapon of life to fight against all odds.

We come from different backgrounds, nations and cultures and we all have our own backstories. There is almost nothing to share among people. So how can we change our current status to a better one like others? Diligence!

The concept of “under the heaven” is drastically different from person to person. It could be as small as a few blocks or as large as the whole world or even the universe.

I want to use new languages to remind myself that there is always a new world out there that I didn’t know but I could know if I keep learning. I do enjoy my living and working environment but I don’t want to stop myself from lifelong learning by feeling comfortable and satisfied with my current situation.

Just watched a kid movie “Wonder”, which is a good movie. US is a great nation for the efforts being responsible for the citizens.

I have spent quite long time building up the emotional bond with Cantonese and memorizing a few key words and songs.

Recently I have just learnt its nine tones with its pinyin.

Now can learn Cantonese in a more efficient and systematic way. Cheers!

It feels so good to learn something everyday, such as 9 tones in Cantonese today.

Learning something new is a good sign to mark a different you compared with the you in yesterday.

I never feel boring because I always have a lot to learn. Any new knowledge makes me excited.

I feel I am getting closer to the ideal me.
