lean body with power

Peel off anything in life that is irrelavant to the value you appreciate and carry, both spiritual or virtual.

Everyone has values, gained from the past education, training and experiences. People will know your values after interacting with you.

But your body could serve as the first window of your values and your personalities. Fat is not part of it, so peel it off.

Don’t squander around

Learnt again the fact that success doesn’t come easy. If it is easy, everybody has it. If you want to get it, don’t you expect to get it easily because it won’t happen.

Only after you have paid a lot, effort, time or money, do you know you deserve something in return.

Hard changes eventually become comfortable

Before we make changes to life, those changes in mind seem so hard and those difficulties are so insurmountable.

Well, when we make changes, these changes bring you out of your comfort zone. The sky won’t fall although we are still not used to the changes yet. Interestingly, two weeks later, you are used to the changes and a new lifestyle is achieved.

Thus you get a new comfort zone and earn a new lifestyle. Changes might be small, but once the small changes are accumulated in months and years, you will become a person you can never imagine.

You can make it when you really want it

Excuses are so easy to use. We use excuses to fool others. Ironically in the long run, excuses can not fool others. Unexpectedly, we ourselves are the only ones who eventually fooled by our own excuses. Yes, maybe people hear my excuses a few times and temporally buy them. But to do this, I have to rehearse these excuses for myself hundreds of times so that I actually use them. According to this, who will be fool is obvious.

It is sad, that I fooled myself to believe that I have done my best with my every cell while the reality is I didn’t. I failed my time even without noticing that I failed it. So I hate excuses. Fact is fact, I cannot lie to myself.

No excuses.

For what I didn’t get, without excuses, the only answer is that I didn’t really really die for it. Retrospect my life, I grew up from nothing. I have got what I fought for. I failed a lot of things, a lot. I have to admit that I didn’t really die for them. I failed those things and people, more importantly, I failed myself.

But I learnt a lesson. You can make it when you really want it.
